Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the adoption of Jack Russell Terrier puppies from Norvell Kennels. By adopting a puppy from us, you agree to these terms, which are designed to ensure the well-being and proper care of our puppies.

Puppy Health

1. Health Guarantee: Each puppy comes with a health guarantee against congenital defects for the first year.

2. Vaccinations and Deworming: Puppies will have received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. A health record will be provided.

3. Veterinary Check: Puppies undergo a comprehensive veterinary examination before adoption. We recommend a vet visit within 72 hours after adoption.
    

Adoption Process

1. Puppy Selection: Puppies are chosen based on the order of deposits received.

2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied towards the total adoption fee.

3. Final Payment: The balance is due at the time of or prior to the puppy pick-up.
    

Puppy Pick-Up

1. Pick-Up Date: Puppies can be picked up at 8 weeks of age. Specific pick-up dates will be coordinated with the adopter.

2. Shipping: If shipping is required, it will be at the adopter’s expense and arranged in accordance with airline regulations and weather conditions.
    

Adoption Agreement

1. Spay/Neuter Agreement: Adopters agree to spay or neuter the puppy by the age recommended by their veterinarian.

2. Return Policy: If at any point you are unable to care for the puppy, we require that the puppy be returned to us, rather than be surrendered to a shelter.

3. No Resale: Puppies cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to a third party without prior written consent from Norvell Kennels.
    

Liability

1. Limitation of Liability: Norvell Kennels will not be liable for any accidents or injuries caused by the puppy after the adoption.

2. Owner Responsibility: The adopter assumes all responsibility for the puppy’s health and well-being once the puppy leaves Norvell Kennels.
    

General

1. Changes to Terms: Norvell Kennels reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

2. Acceptance of Terms: By adopting a puppy from Norvell Kennels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
